A major communication challenge in our society today is the ability to talk so others will listen. Our over-communicated world has led us to be poor listeners as well as poor speakers. This course will teach you how to speak and listen on a higher level.You will learn about the W.A.I.T. system.... "Why Am I Talking?" When you learn this technique, you can make your conversations and presentations STICK!!!
Participants will have an opportunity to practice the various skills with other participants. The format of the class will be the instructor sharing a skill, demonstrating the skill and then having the class practice that skill.
